Meditation can help reduce anxiety, anger, and fear. When we calm our minds we can be happier and live more mindfully. Join us bi-weekly on Sundays from 8:30 to 9:30 am in the parish house fireplace room. We will share meditation practices, chant, and sit quietly together.
