Administrative Office Hours
9am – 2pm
Tuesday – Friday
The church administrative office is located in the Parish House.
The heart of a congregation is its many volunteers. However, the day-to-day operation of the church, the coordination of all the activities, and the lines of communication to the membership all fall to the staff. The Unitarian Universalist Church of Washington County is very fortunate to have dedicated staff who work hard to meet the many needs of our church and membership.
Reverend Christine is a native Oregonian. She previously served UU churches in the Pacific Northwest and Tennessee before being called to serve this church in 2007. Reverend Christine holds Bachelors of Science, Masters of Divinity and Post-Master’s Degrees. In addition to her pastoral duties with church services and pastoral care, Reverend Christine is the chief administrator for all functions of the church, including staff and buildings. A number of committees assist her in this, and the Board of Trustees provides oversight. Contact Reverend Christine by email at email@example.com or by calling the office.
After she retired from full-time parish work, Reverend Sue’s ministry with the wider community brought her to our church where she has assisted in many ways for more than a decade.
Currently she serves with Pastoral Care and Membership committees and does community outreach on behalf of the church. She is available to officiate weddings and other rites of passage for non-members and often assists Rev. Christine in memorial services for members. Rev. Sue also speaks occasionally from our pulpit and at other UU churches. Contact Reverend Sue by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the office .
Oregon native, Ray Elliott has been a musician for almost 40 years. July 2016, he became our church’s Music Director. As an active arranger of choral music, Ray fosters a soulful, rhythmic style that resonates with singers and audiences alike. In addition to his work at UUCCWC, Ray is the Artistic Director of Confluence: The Willamette Valley LGBT Chorus. He sings in Consonare Chorale and holds a membership with Unitarian Universalist Musicians Network (UUMN), American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), and United Church of Christ Musicians Association (UCCMA). Sandi has served this church and community for a number of years and in many volunteer and part-time positions. She has taught in Sunday School classes, coordinated children and youth activities, and served in the office to support religious exploration efforts. While the church is undergoing a search for our next religious exploration director, Sandi has been appointed to temporarily fill those duties. You can reach Sandi by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the office.
