We recognize that this church rests on the unceded ancestral grounds of the Tualatin Kalapuyan and that their descendants remain active contributors to our community.
Washington County Five Oaks Museum has an exhibit dedicated to all the Tribes and Languages of the Oregon Country. Specifically, we are the northern most band of the Kalapuyan who lived along the Tualatin River, known as the Atfalati or Tualatins. Click the following links to learn more.
