Today we reflect on how immigration and migration issues shape American Identity along with racism, classism and capitalism. Present day issues along our borders and in new policies have roots deep in our collective understanding of who is, or should be, an American. This morning we begin to untangle all these entwined challenges in ways that honor our liberal religious values.
