World War I was America’s first modern war. American veterans came home from that war 100 years ago. They wrote anti-war stories and poetry that we still read today. They changed what we thought of war.
Rev. Katie Larsell is an affiliated community minister for Eastrose Fellowship in Gresham. Her most recent ministry was with Oregon Unitarian Universalist Voices for Justice. She believes that social jus-tice and Unitarian Universalism are made for each other.
